Great Glacier


Our Mission


Great Glacier Salmon has managed to create itself a place in the frozen salmon market equalled only by "bled at sea" toll caught frozen salmon. The primary reason for this achievement has been the continuous implementation of rigorous quality standards. It has been the goal of management to maintain control of the salmon from the time of catch to delivery of the frozen product to the market. To do so, Great Glacier Salmon, prior to the arrival of Quality Management program (QMP) standards, generated its own method of quality control. The advent of Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is one further step, which the management of Great Glacier Salmon welcomes as a tool to assist them in their constant attempt to supply a select market in an ever-changing industry.
