Great Glacier Salmon, our small family run business, is the only fish processing plant on the Stikine River.

Located in the northwestern tip of British Columbia, we have been gillnet fishing, processing and supplying wild salmon to North American and Japanese smokehouses , supermarket chains, restaurants and households, for over 30 years.

Isolated in the wilderness just downstream from pristine Great Glacier and accessible only by boat or float plane, we exist by producing our own hydro-electricity.

We pride ourselves on the quality of each and every wild Canadian chinook (king), sockeye and coho (silver) we produce.

The fish are bled and iced as soon as they are caught, processed within a few hours and shipped fresh daily during our fishing season - the result being that you can have our fish in your restaurant or on your dinner table within 72 hours of being caught !
